Oliver Stirk
Director
Oliver founded Carefound Group in 2012 through which he has built Carefound Home Care - a leading provider of highly personalised home care services to older people, and Carefound Developments - a developer of modern, purpose built care homes. Prior to Carefound, Oliver worked at M3 Capital Partners in London - a global private equity firm focused on investment and advisory activities in the property sector which was part owned by Macquarie Bank. During his time at M3, Oliver was involved with various specialised operating companies across multiple core and alternative property sectors in both an advisory and principal investment capacity, including care homes, retirement housing, motorway service areas, student accommodation and shopping centres. Prior to joining M3, Oliver worked with Jones Lang LaSalle in Paris. Oliver has an MA from the University of Edinburgh.
Ben Collard
Director
A co-founder of Carefound Developments, Ben is a development and property specialist within elderly care, having held senior roles in care home development, facilities and energy management. Ben previously spent 5 years at Cinnamon Luxury Care, most recently as Head of Construction, where he delivered 14 care home and retirement living developments to completion with a GDC of over £250 million, several of which have received national and international design awards. Prior to Cinnamon, Ben was Head of Estates at HC-One, the largest care home operator in the UK at the time, where he oversaw the estate management of 350 care homes. Prior to HC-One, Ben also spent nearly 7 years at Barchester Healthcare. Ben has a Master’s degree from Newcastle University.
